All M.C.M.S. students, and especially the older ones, will have an opportunity to better the world around them. Every student can participate in Compassion Day, a weekly giving opportunity that supports several children around the world by providing food, clothing, and a Christ-centered education.
Upper elementary students additionally support prison ministries through art, visit local convalescent homes, and sing at community events when invited.
A wonderful M.C.M.S. tradition is carried by each years graduating class. In addition to sprucing up the campus by planting new plants and flowers, the class plans, organizes, and constructs a unique campus gift. Past projects include a prayer garden, stained glass windows and a lighted cross, murals, a mosaic and a water fountain.
